Horrible!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I contacted the firm for a property survey and signed/faxed a contract on 10/05. Followed up with emails and calls as no one responded or sent a return signed contract. I got to speak to someone but they never returned the co-signed contract. Weeks later I email, called numerous times to get any response from this firm to see what was happening. Finally got someone on the phone who promised to have someone call back that day.. .. needless to say they never did. Called again 10/27 and asked about the survey.- apparently nothing had been done and they had not sent out the 10 day required notice to the neighbor. I cancelled the project based upon their abysmal customer service. Their trashy recepitionist DID find time then to send several nasty emails to me. Maybe if someone had bothered to put as much effort into acknowledging contracts as they do to send out nasty emails to client, potential clients or former clients - then I might have continued with the contract. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Avoid this firm
