They refused to give any of the money I paid toward a vacation rental back after I had a family emergency and couldn't make the trip anymore. I told them a month before the trip and I paid over 2000 of a 3000 house rental. When I told them It was an emergency and I needed to be refunded something. They completely didn't care. Not their problem. So now they get all the money and no tenant to worry about for the week. Their contract doesn't state anything about not getting any money back at all if you cancel.

They are an "A" type of company to work with. Their agents present themselves as professionals. Their paper work is what we need - they are given to detail. We have used these folks for 10+ years.
