 + -1 moreThe delivery team could not have been more professional. When it was discovered that the manufacturer sent the wrong color leather, they took pictures of the sample I had, the chairs, and the labels on the underside of the chairs. They contacted their supervisor with the information. Since it was a Saturday and nothing much could be done until Monday, we decided to hold on to the chairs. Monday I received a call from Brielle saying they were in contact with Theodore Alexander and would get back to me later in the week. As promised, they called saying the manufacturer took responsibility and asking what I wanted to do. Since the color, while not what we ordered, was not still very attractive we offered to keep them for the discount that Brielle was able to get from the manufacturer. I can't imagine any other team, from sales to delivery, that would go so much out of their way to find a satisfactory solution. I give them two thumbs up (more if I had them).
Description of Work: Jay went out of his way to help us order two chairs, a table and a lamp that were "off-book" from Theodore Alexander for my library. He even offered to take back the lamp, an unusual design, if I decided I didn't like it.
