 + -1 moreChris Wagner, the owner of the company, is an honest, trustworthy businessman. His quote was reasonable and the work progressed as quickly as possible. Most importantly, the quality of the work was excellent.
Description of Work: Major remodeling of the top floor of our house during attic space into a master bedroom/bathroom suite. This work included tearing off the roof and major mechanical systems upgrade. Finishing a previously unfinished basement. Adding a porch to the front of the house.

 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY DID NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR CONTRACT. THE PRICE WOULD HAVE BEEN OKAY IF THEY WOULD HAVE DONE THE JOB THAT THE CONTRACT SAID. I HAD TO CALL BACK AND THEY NEVER CAME BACK OR RETURNED THE CALL. THEY LEFT A MESS.

 + -1 moreI DIDN'T HAVE VERY MANY PROBLEMS WORKING WITH THEM. HOWEVER, THEY WERE UNRESPONSIVE ON COMING BACK WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE COMPLETED. THEY NEVER DID COMPLETE EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD.
Description of Work: THEY EXTENDED THE KITCHEN, DINING ROOM, ADDED A NEW BEDROOM, AND ONE AND A HALF BATHS. THEY ALSO REMODELED THE KITCHEN.
