TORO LANDSCAPING & PAVING

Work went fast once it was started.  Promised start date was delayed by rain for a week.  He did not call me to let me know that he was not coming on three occasions.  I had to call him to get a new scheduled date.

They replaced about 200 ft of fence. My only complaint about them was getting them here and scheduling it, but they did a very good job. They delayed for a few weeks, but once they got here, they pulled the existing fence down, and hauled it away. The price was great.

Toro did a great job with the work they did on the house and we are very happy with the final product. We contacted them for an estimate to put in a new driveway (so rip up current one), remove rotting railroad ties, install belgian blogs, fix some drainage issues and also re-grade the side of our house. They provided a great estimate and stayed within budget. They were willing to work with us when we changed our minds on a drainage solution we had original decided on and they were flexible on some other requests. The only area of improvement I believe would be communication- many times we had to call them to find out when they would be coming to complete the next part of the project, instead of them contacting us. A few times they gave us dates that they later told us they wouldn't be available for.  The entire project took about 5 weeks and I thought it would have been completed sooner. However, it did get finished before the fall (which is what we requested) and the end results look great.

Great pricing and kept within budget. immediate response when contacted for initial appointment as well as any other time during project. Extremely professional as well as detail and quality of work is top notch. Staff was very professional and hard working to achieve deadlines of project completion. Very impressed with entire job at completion would recommend highly.

THEY ARE A VERY POOR COMPANY. I MAILED MY CONCERNS TO THEM BY CERTIFIED MAIL, WHICH THEY REFUSED TO PICK UP. THEY BILLED ME FOR WORK THAT WAS NOT DONE. I HAD TO QUIT USING THEM BECAUSE THEY DON'T DO WHAT THEY ARE HIRED TO DO. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
