He took a look at all the landscaping we needed done. He ended up giving me a landscaping estimate for 1000.00. He mowed the lawn twice in the meantime – and his workers did cut down several of my garden’s flowers while they were at it, both times. They were scheduled to come last week to do the landscaping. He came over, started digging in the garden, and then told me that he couldn’t finish the job that day. He told me he had a family event, so his two Spanish-speaking workers would come by and finish the job the next day. I don’t speak Spanish and had already had the trouble communicating with them what not to mow over, so I wasn’t comfortable with this plan. I asked if we could reschedule for a time when he could be there personally, so we settled on the following week. I cancelled an important appointment with my cardiologist in order to meet with him on the one day he was free. The time of the appointment came and went, and when I called him, he told me he wasn’t going to be able to make it, and didn’t make any apologies for not at least letting me know about this. Obviously, I was extremely upset with him, and I won’t be using his services in the future. I really want to make sure nobody else gets taken by him.
