Our mistake perhaps was paying in full as we trusted this vendor. However, it looks like we'll now spend a few thousand dollars fixing the mistakes that were made. We were really disappointed not just by the job, and the service, but as we "knew" the vendor and were friendly, we figured we wouldn't get screw. Bad call, don't use this vendor. It's really sad because Mr. Pink is a nice guy.

Joe came to my house, & after a thorough inspection provided me with estimate. He explained everything fully & in simple to understand terms. Explained how he would do the job, how long it would take & what payment options his company offerred. Any questions or concerns I had were cheerfully & respectfully answered. I plan to have Joe replace my furnace in the future.
