Description of Work: Kriney was unreasonable and interfered with my contract to sell my house. He refused to safeguard against putting allergens into the air and would have put my kids' health at risk. This was due to him not inquiring about any special concerns which is due diligence when opening walls within someone's home. He refused to complete the work and the buyer backed out.

The buyer backed out for other reason than termite damage as we understand. The sell requested work to be completed in a time frame not allowing for building permit application. The seller requested other work be preformed by us not in the scope of our company's work. No full contract was executed by both parties. No work was begun or completed by our company. No money changed hands as we chose not to work for the seller.
