Hoff & Son Plumbing, Sewer & Drain Cleaning

On 2/28/21 morning, our basement main water pipe suddenly broke, water was all over the basement. We had water company shut down the main valve. One repair man tried to fix the pipe, but two hours after water turned on, the pipe broke again. Water run like a river on our basement, made us very scared, so we call another emergency, had the valve shutdown again. We called several plumbers afterward, after they have looked into the situation, telling us they can't handle the fix. We called Hoff & Brothers (Hoff & Son as their company name now). Mr. Ray Dunsavage came to our house on Sunday morning 3/1/2021, without a 2nd word, he started working on. After about one and half hour, the problem has completed fixed (Amazingly fast). He was so confident about his work, so went out and turn the water on. We looked at what he has done, it was very solid, very beautifully done. He completely removed our previous Poly pipe, replaced with 1 inch copper pipe. Before, our main water pipe feels loose, and he made a fixture on the pipe, right on the exit point of the basement wall, enhanced the support of the pipe, so the entire line now was solid like a rock, looked and felt very, very strong. We don't need to worry about the water pipe will be broken again. We were very grateful and appreciate the work Ray has done for us. Couldn't be happier for his excellent service. In the future, if anyone asked me to recommend a plumber, I will not hesitate to recommend Hoff & Son, especially Ray. He is no doubt, the best plumber I have ever seen. They did an excellent job. It was a specialty, and it is a special plumber. Most plumbers aren't comfortable doing this and this is all they do. They do installation of sewers, and pipes.
