Mike was very personable and did a great job with caulking our bathtub when he came. He did say that there was a chance we might have a leak given that the space between the tub and the wall was large. A few weeks later we had a repeat leak and I tried to call him so he could come back and re-caulk. I left him multiple voicemails over several weeks. He never replied. This was surprising considering how personable he seemed when I met him. I don't know whether he is ill or otherwise not working. I wish he had gotten back to me so I could have written a great review for him.
