Highly recommended. Mark responded promptly to our estimate request (two new doors and lifters). He answered all questions and provided suggestions, low-pressure. Work was done on-time, on-budget. Nice attention to detail, made extra effort to work with my somewhat non-standard situation. AND they all wore masks when interacting with us -- that counts.

Drozic comes through once again! They promptly responded to emergency call and repaired garage door that wouldn't open. My guess is that we wouldn't have these problems if previous owner had used Drozic to install the door in the first place! Very happy with their great service and will continue using them.

They really deserve this A rating. When I left a message Mark called back in a few minutes. He was able to come by in an hour and a half. (Not days later like the competition.) he and his helper fixed the door to work better than it was before it broke. Their price was 1/2 what the competition quoted us. He also explained the work they did and answered questions fully. I will definitely call him back when we are ready for a new door opener. Thanks Mark, we are so glad to have a door that works, especially since tomorrow will be 15 degrees!

Mark was excellent. We awoke one morning and our cars were "trapped" in the garage. Mark asked a few questions about size of door, etc to make sure he had the right parts, and he was over a short while later. He replaced the broken cable and springs, but more importantly, he identified the faulty installation (by another company used by previous owner) that caused the problem. He repaired the other company's mistakes. Our garage door has never worked better!

From the beginning it was a great experience. It's a family operated business so you feel good about supporting them. Mark knew the business and never tried to sell you something you didn't need. Not only did Mark provide the estimate but he also installed the door. Mark called when he said he was going to call and showed up when promised. No drama. I know the company did a few other garage doors in the neighborhood and all were happy. I would recommend them highly.

Drozic Door Co were very professional and very, very punctual. They said they'll be here in 10 minutes and literally pulled in in 10 minutes. He knows his stuff. He's very professional and a lot better than the other company.

Drozic provided different options within the price range that I was looking for. The dfferences between the door models was explained so I could make an informed decision as to which was best. The price I paid includes a garage door opener which I did not have before. I received estimates from other companies and all 3 used the same company for the door. One estimate was $200 more for the same exact door (same company, same model, etc). I would definitely recommend Drozic and would use them again.
