Their knowledge is very good but the call-back rate is not. We gave up waiting for them (months) and went to another service.

They came out to my house and the service, quickly, they cleaned up after themselves, they are professional, then the second time I needed the service I called them twice and didn't get a response.

Downs is really good. They do wear spikes though when climbing trees which is always an interesting issue to debate. Some people think its harmful for the tree. Go and hire one of these ecologically correct or politically correct tree cutters though and they charge a fortune. If you are a millionaire who lives in a mansion that is fine. To summarize, I like this tree company and they fully satisfied my tree needs.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GOT EVERYTHING DONE PRETTY QUICKLY. THEY DIDN'T LEAVE BEHIND A MESS FOR ME TO CLEAN UP. OVERALL, I AM QUITE HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE.

THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS THAT IT TOOK ME 4 TIMES TO GET A HOLD OF THEM. OTHER THAN THAT THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY ARE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU WANT TO SPEND A LITTLE MONEY FOR FAST OR REGULAR TIMES TO GET THE JOB DONE.

THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THEIR SERVICE WAS THAT THEY LEFT BRANCHES ALL OVER MY SIDEWALK. THEY DID GOOD AT GETTING THE JOB DONE IN 8 HOURS. I AM 85 YEARS OLD & I CANNOT REMOVE THE BRANCHES THEY LEFT, SO I CALLED THEM & THEY DID END UP HAULING THEM AWAY.
