Yes, I recommend this pro
Took my 50' Samsung plasma tv in to repair - no sound or picture.  I didn't have to leave a deposit.  They called in 2 days and said it was the power board and would cost $295 for parts and labor.  I asked what would happen if it didn't work and they said there would be no charge.  I said go ahead.  5 days latter I had to call and check in. They said the new power board blew out the display board effectively totally the tv.  I was disappointed that the TV had a problem in the first place as it was only 3 years old.  So I was surprised and disappointed it couldn't be fixed.  However, they didn't charge me a dime at any point.  They were professional and I would use them again.
