 + 0 moreThis company was hired to paint the outside of my home. He was given direction to fill in all nail holes, dents etc. Instead of using appropriate methods such as filler, then sanding, he filled some holes with caulk and painted over them. When we got home from work we realized that the paint was not what was chosen. We stopped the job completely. When we pointed out the runs in the paint and the bulging caulk, he got quite defensive. We offered to pay him $500 for his time. He left the paint with us and we discovered that he used interior paint. He returned within 10 minutes saying he decided he actually wanted the paint. Now we find out exterior paint cannot be used over interior paint until the interior paint is removed. An additional expense added to a house half painted. We have now stopped payment on the check. This was a horrible experience and I wonder how someone like this can sleep at night.
