I could not have asked for a better mortgage experience. I was refinancing my home. After spending over 4 months being ?strung along? by a larger firm (one of the bigger real estate company?s mortgage services), I switched to Tom Smith at American United Mortgage Company. Tom was recommended to me. I know it was a rush job. I basically asked to close within 2 and half weeks. They delivered! No only that, but I ended up with a lower interest rate and the ability to borrow more than I was offered by
the other company. Tom communicated with me every step of the way. Any questions were promptly answered and I always knew where I stood in the process. I highly recommend this firm.
