I called three companies and AA was the only one to return my call promptly. They stated that charges for the service call cannot be credited toward labor if work was done due to Better Business Bureau regulations. I scheduled to have work done the following Monday morning. The technician was prompt and knew exactly was was wrong and how to fix it. There were two broken components in my fridge so I chose to purchase a new one instead of repairing it. I would choose them again.

American Appliance Service were good. I like the guy doing the work. He was polite and clean, someone you'd want in your house. They were very punctual. They came the next day after I called.

Excellent service.Made time to come - even though it was a holiday weekend and I was a new customer. Came according to schedule. Quickly diagnosed problem and installed replacement part from his on-truck inventory. Certainly would use him again.
