The Quality of work was less than expected. Being that it was a commercial office I feel that they came into the project knowing they can be less than perfect. After the painting was completed I voiced my concerns to them and they did come out right away to address the issue's which earned them 4 not 3 stars. The owners and workers were very nice and worked very hard to get it done in one day even though I did not request it. Some of the lines are not the sharpest or straightest and there is paint where there shouldn't be but again it's not my home just an office.

Awesome company. Jacob and his crew are the best. They were professional, knowledgeable, polite, good pricing, did excellent work and finished in a timely manner. They were able to remove wallpaper in various areas as well as paint all the surfaces. They did a superb job on molding and rails. Their work was impeccable, and they cleaned up efficiently every day. In addition, they corrected a portion of our popcorn ceiling and repainted the whole ceiling. We are very pleased and highly recommend them. I would not hesitate to use them again. Another plus is that his crew are very polite, hard workers, and nice. A++++

This was definitely the most satisfying experience we have had with a painter since purchasing this colonial with wooden shingles over 25 years ago. Jacob and his team arrived promptly every day, were thoroughly professional, used good product, and were meticulous and thorough to a fault. Jacob also gave us excellent advice with colors, and even painted shutters different colors so we could make an informed decision. The house looks great! We recommend Nova Pro highly, without reservation. Thank you, Home Advisor, for the referral.

Jacob and his crew deserve 10 star rating! They are professional, efficient, and go above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction. It's been a long time since I have seen such dedication in making sure a job is well done! They painted the entire interior of our home and fixed nail pops, cracked plaster and repaired considerable damage from a roof leak. Awesome work! Highly, highly recommend them!

This was a two man job, but only one person showed each day. If it werent for the helper, the job would have been even more of a disaster. The owner never came by but 2x on a two day job. They floated a vinyl floor on top of my old floor tile. They did not level it or even clean the floor before starting. I washed it pretty well beforehand but I thought it needed something else. They also told me that it would settle in and be level with the existing floor. There are big air gaps under the floor and pops as you walk. I called them a few times and they assured me that it would settle. I then spoke to other installers and they said it needed to be either leveled or glued down to fit. The moldings were left undone and the floor was uneven. They did not do what they said and charged me extra for things that were not used. I am very unhappy.

"Coastal Building installed the vinyl flooring correctly. The customer's kitchen floor was in a poor condition (not level). Coastal Building followed all of the customer's requests. We explained all of the options to tackle this project, however, the customer wanted to float the vinyl floor over his old tile. The customer, as stated above, prepped and washed the floor before installation. Coastal Building was provided with the materials and floated the floor the way the customer wanted to. The customer had a 5x5 sections of old tile which he attempted to pop off himself causing an uneven portion which was leveled by us in order to complete the project. In addition, the customer said not to touch the base moldings because he has base tiles installed in certain sections of the kitchen. Also, Coastal Building does not have any agreements with customers on how many installers should be on a job (Coastal Building decides on how much man power is needed per job)."
