- This has been the most disappointing experience ever . From the start of the project where the jack jammed my old yard on s Friday , but had nobdumpbtrucjbtibremive the debris , so that laid like that til the following Tuesday . Then there where delays and excuse of why they could not stay on schedule . When the day came for concrete pour there was a 90% chance of heavy rain , but Sergio (one of the owners sons ) said they paid for the concrete so they would try to best the rain . Needless to say they didn't , they had to let that concrete dry and return and jackhammer that out .when they finally did get the pour right and where able to stamp the concrete they finished product was not what we had agreed on . Mean while the only contact I had was Paul the salesman and Bruno who only called me ever once showed up at my house . When Brini called all it was for was to forward him payment .(that is all Bruno ever wanted was payments ) It took over one year to get someone to come look at the repairs needed .That person was the owners second son Pedro . When Pedro finally did arrive he could it belief the shoddy work . We agreed to traits to be made and they where taken care of , in typical Nove Crete fashion long delays before coming to delays between repairs but they where finally taken care of . I had a one year guarantee in which the new coloring that was applied over the top of old coloring started to bubble and flake . Once again tons of text , email & phone calls later was told it would be taken care of . That was summer of 2015 , we are now in summer of 2016 where I was promised readies would be made at end of spring before the company got busy . Well Pedro kept promising he was coming , then informed me he no longer works for Nove Crete and I would have to take it up with his Father and Nova Crete . When I contacted company they found it funny that Pedro said he didn't work there when in fact he still did , he just had a side business of his own . Well now I'm left dealing with Pat the secretary would assured me Manny (the owner ) would take care of this asap . It had been 2 weeks and I haven't even relieved a phone call from Manny . This company has no cares for its little customers, they are out there for big contracts, when they get what they consider little jobs they collect there money and have no respect for the customers. I warn you now to stay away from this company . All I was Looking to do was make my backyard a little nicer and by doing so spending $19000 I thought I would enjoy my backyard for next 20 years , instead I have nothing but discuss with my yard and the response from all of the people at Nova Crete. Sergio Cardosa (owner) Pedro Cardosa & Bruno Cardosa are the 3 in charge of Nova Crete who accept no responsibility for s kid that had been nothing but a disappointment!
