Our Home inspections include a complete evaluation of both exterior of the home and interior from the foundation to the roof. We will check all the mechanical systems such as your heating and air-conditioning, electrical and plumbing systems. We can also perform: Radon Testing Mold testing Wood Destroying Insect evaluations.

Very thorough and professional. Explained findings and any other questions we had. Experienced pro so was able to provide context around what he found and what we should or should not be concerned about. Found some issues with the chimney when he went on the roof but the roof was sound which was a major concern for our inspection. He was there and ready to go when we arrived. was able to get scheduled quickly and the turnaround on the report was fast so we could start addressing the few concerns that he discovered. I feel the price was well worth it but have no basis for comparison with other companies. Definitely recommended it to my realtor for reference.

Marc was extremely thorough in inspecting our future home, and did it all in a timely manner. He arrived early, detected areas of concern immediately and even offered many recommendations of service providers we could use once we close on the house (which he didn't have to do, but he did). I would highly recommend using AMK Home Inspection!

Marc who did the inspection was early which is very refreshing. Everyone knows what it's like to get a 4 hour window and they show up @ 3 hours and 56 minutes. Anyway back to what counts, this gentleman knows his business. Very courteous and took the time to go far above and beyond to inspect everything inside and out. And not just the structures he checked the whole property. And for a small amount I have peace of mind. Don't forget you spend alot on a house it pays to do it rite and not regret later. P.S. moving to N.J. just got easier

Marc showed up early to get started. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough with the inspection. He answered tons of questions. Marc was punctual and arrived even be I did to inspect the outside of the home. He was thorough and explained everything he was checking as we went along.
