Could not ask for any better. He met all our deadlines. Very trustworthy. Never took a dollar more than what was agreed on. We were so impressed with his work we wound up giving him more stuff, odds and ends.

John has done multiple repairs for us over the past 8 years from converting a garage into a playroom to patching holes in our drywall. Any time we have called AFF Home Services over the years they have been on time and always completed the job for exactly what they quoted. Their workmanship is excellent and they left the work area clean when the job was completed. We have referred them to many friends and relatives over the years.

Absolutely wonderful. John's pricing is very fair; he provided an estimate quickly; he showed up on the date and time he said he would; he was respectful, did not push for any extra work; John also cleaned up everything at the end of the day; he puts a full day in and works hard while on the job. His work is beautiful; I'm very happy with the work he has performed; I will be calling him for all contracting services I need in the future.

The water proofing company greatly appreciated our preparation in the cellar so they could get right to work on the project. John arrived promptly both times & made sure we were satisfied with his work. He charged us a flat fee for both visits & there were no surprises with the service or bill.
