Justin installed acrylic tub and wall surround which many other contractors didn't want to do. He demo'd whole bathroom walls,floor, part ceiling. He pointed out things that were not to code and gave suggestions on how to fix. He is very meticulous about his work and believe me it shows. I don't have to worry about the plumbing, or electrical and flooring because he did update everything. My bathroom is beautiful and I would highly recommend Justin for any type of work and in the future I definitely would hire him again

Justine was the Best. He extended my wall, put a new one up, did drywall paint, redid molding, and trim for a great price. He fixed the floor with a nice finish! Will hire him for future projects.

If you want perfection, Justin is the man to call! We hired Justin to do a complete remodel of our main bathroom and could not be more pleased with the results. He created a completely redesigned space with a totally custom shower that is absolutely stunning. His work is impeccable. As this was a first for us, he guided us through every step of the process, made recommendations and even met us at the tile store when choosing tile and trim. After each work day, Justin cleaned up to the point you couldnâ t tell they were even there. We will be remodeling our kitchen soon and Justin will be the first person we call.

We hired Justin to remodel two bathrooms: install new vanities, toilets, floor tile and baseboards. He was recommended by our tile store and we were so pleased with the results. His workmanship was excellent! The process was easy from the start through completion. He returned phone calls, showed up promptly for the workday, was careful to protect our new carpets and did a thorough clean up. We would definitely use Sustainable Contracting for future projects.

This review is long overdue. We found Justin of Sustainable Contracting on HomAdvisor and we are so glad that we did. Justin installed a sliding door, fixed and replaced a deck staircase, installed interior molding, installed a ceiling fan and light fixtures, and did some other work for us. We were so impressed with Justin and his work. His prices were fair, and he is courteous, trustworthy, and extremely talented. We will definitely be using him again in the future!

We were in dire need of having both of our bathrooms completely gutted and remodeled in the fall of 2018. We were fortunate enough to have a workplace colleague recommend Justin Guerriera, the contractor and owner of Sustainable Contracting. The initial meeting and estimates provided by Justin Guerriera were both informative and fair. A timeline for extensive demolition, labor expenses, and total remodeling was explained in an easy-to-understand manner. Both bathrooms would require complete teardowns to the original frameworks, followed by major plumbing, electrical, and tile work. Unlike so many horror stories that you often hear about home contractors, Justin and his assistant started our upstairs bathroom project exactly on the date initially agreed upon, finishing as promised right before the hectic holiday season. Work on the larger downstairs bathroom resumed two weeks later. Unforeseen issues with our outdated 1950's era plumbing and electrical work necessitated that Justin solve and correct these problems in an efficient and affordable fashion. In closing, we love our two new bathrooms and feel lucky to have chosen this talented man and the very professional Sustainable Contracting.

Justine explained to us in detail the project. He is knowledgeable and patient. Price is fair and work is excellent. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Found Sustainable Contracting on Home Advisor. Needed someone to replace the railings on my porch due to rotting of the wood. Two months prior I contacted a contractor that I usually use for household repairs, but have been waiting two months just for a quote. I contacted a couple contractors and Justin was the first one to call (on a Saturday nonetheless). Spoke with him on the phone, I sent him pics of the railings, had a quote within minutes. I agreed on the price, he ordered the parts, and once the materials arrived, the installation of the rails were complete in hours. Justin is courteous, honest, and a great craftsman. I am completely satisfied in the work that was performed. I have a new handyman for repairs around the house. I highly recommend hiring Sustainable Contracting for any job around the house.

Justin is a breath of fresh air. He combines old school notions of quality craftsmanship and customer service with a strong work ethic and the concern for social responsibility evodent in his company name. Justin completed a renovation of our master bath, a job made tougher by some structural deterioration behind the old shower. The job included reconstructive carpentry and rerouting of plumbing and electrical service, followed by a hand laid up shower pan and bench seat. Then tile on bathroom floor, shower floor, and walls. Quality work by a quality craftsman, who's a good person to boot.
