They sold me a fridge that was defective, It has broken down many times, they offer to sell me a replacement at half the price, about $3,000 - $4,000 and then a year later they call me and say that they have to do a recall. it cost me $7,000 to buy the first one and the second one is working but i had to replace the Hinge on that. I feel that I could have bought another make with that money. They tried to fix it 2 or 3 times and it kept having problems time to time, ice kept forming and there would be water dripping out of it. It is a built-in refrigerator/ freezer combinations. I bought the first one about 10 years ago. the second one was a replacement for the first one. The replacement was 3 years ago. We were already disappointed with the company by then. The first unit I bought for about $6,000 and we had a contractor install it as it is a built-in. The first refrigerator, the doors would not close properly, the doors were heavy and they would fall of causing injury. Twice a computer board fail. Ice would form and block the automatic air flow and then water would start coming out of the freezer which damaged the floor, the floor rotted. I had to pay for some repairs even though it was under repairs. I never want to use them again or buy their products again
