Great job! It has been a year since the installation was completed. For the first time in 25 years we have functioning conditioning and heating on the second floor. The redesign and the geothermal system will have a positive return in comfort and investment. Geothermal is a high upfront cost but will pay for itself over the next few years. Jeff and his son Jacob worked diligently through the entire project, explained the theory and the practical aspects of the job very clearly. Everything was neat and tidy. We had one issue with the geo unit this winter - a manufacturer parts failure. Jeff arrived immediately to remedy the problem. He checks in periodically to see if things are going well. He clearly stands by his work.
