Perfectly done in a timely manner

They took the car immediately (the place was very busy -- including a fire truck). I avoided an expected $600 - $1200 cost for repainting the section. Then, I went [virtually] next door to my Audi dealer to make sure my salesman knew how terrific Ramsey Auto Body was. Now I'm telling you. They exceeded my expectations.

We have used Ramsey Auto Body 3-4 times over the last 5 years.  Most of the time major repairs were covered by insurance, but a few times we paid all expenses for non-structural repair work.  It's hard to comment on the prices, but they seemed reasonable in view of the work performed each time.  The quality of the work was excellent.  The manager, Kevin, was both helpful and professional.  My only minor complaint is that sometimes Kevin is a little too optimistic on completion dates, but we've always been satisfied with the final results.
(Probably because of our "frequent flyer" status they once also helped me track down a reputable towing company when my alternator failed in a somewhat remote location.)

Ramsey Auto Body was wonderful! Kevin was professional, friendly, and helpful from the moment I walked in to get an estimate to the time I picked up my SUV when the work was completed. They did excellent work and they were finished with it on time. The young lady working the front desk was so pleasant and friendly, too. Don't make the mistake I originally did by going to a cheap, fly-by-night auto body repair guy from Craigslist. I think that guy only added to the damage to the dent in my door - you get what you pay for. I should have brought it to Ramsey Auto Body right from the start.

They delayed the repair and told me to bring the car back the next day to have the repair done. The estimate was a little on the high side and I ended up not having the work done.

They were very professional and making the appointment was very easy. They only had the car for two days and their price was comparable to the two other quotes we got. The car looks brand new, we would use them again.

Everything went very very well. This was a vendor who was referred to me by Allstate Insurance Company from whom I was given a detailed written estimate for repair of my car and I wanted to stay within their recommended body shops so that my repairs would be guaranteed. The written Allstate estimate was accepted and the repair did not deviate from the stated price. I was told the repairs would take about two days and that's exactly how long they took. They arranged a rental car for me from Enterprise, and I was conveniently picked up and dropped off at their site. My car looks perfect now. Kevin (the manager) even had the shop guys throw in some touch-up work on some scratches that were on the car. Everyone there was very courteous and very professional. I would definitely use them again if I ever have to. I highly recommend them.

Ramsey Auto Body was very willing to work with me on the price of this fix. They did a really good job and I was very pleased. After they were done, I could still see a seam. They were very willing to fix that and now you can't even tell that there had been any damage at all. Another nice thing about this place is that they paid my rental fee on another car while my BMW was being repaired.
