Last spring, I had them clean my roof and a couple of days later a large patch of my lawn died where the drain from the roof empties. I called them, and they immediately returned and acknowledged that it was their mistake. The owner assured me he would come back and put down top soil and reseed the area. He never returned and never returned several of my phone calls.

too high on the price

I really liked the owner and he and his crew. They were on time - I had to change at the last minute and he was totally good with it. He came back exactly as scheduled - again - and they did great magnificent work. I liked the best that he walked me around the property and explained how things were going to work. He stressed that he would be very careful with the roof - no water strength. Just water and the soap to clean the roof. We have an old roof. Now it is perfectly, brilliantly clean and absolutely zero problems. Hire him!

Great guy, great price

Jerry and the team were great. They made my patio pavers look brand new, which I did not think was possible, and the siding looked great as well. Will definitely use them again.

Great value, service and a friendly team

North Jersey Soft Washing did an excellent job power washing my large pool pavered patio as well as my house. They were prompt, good priced and cleaned up after the job was complete. I highly recommend this company.

I d rate these folks 6 stars if given the chance. The job they did was amazing for a power wash and deck staining. In tandem, Jerry s customer service acumen is beyond stellar. Great group to work with and I d hire them again in a second. Amazing, amazing work.

Jerry (the owner) was really impressive he was very good with communication before during and after the service. He continues to work through the quarantine because he was scheduled and his crew showed up and worked both days as promised. Jerry was on site both days and made sure that the job was completed perfectly. House and patio look brand new. Will definitely use them again
