me the problem/damage to the old unit and explained my options for
replacement. Told me upfront what the entire job would cost. The
plumber was back within a half an hour with the new pump and installed
it. Everything was completed before noon. I did some research online
and the unit they installed is far superior to the one that had failed.
I was also impressed that, although the owner did not do the work
himself, he was always in contact and made sure I was happy.
