A friend was using Mazzone at his house and referred me to them. As promised, Dominick came to my house and gave me an estimate. We agreed on a date of service and the price. I contacted his office to schedule the service who was very helpful. On the scheduled date, Mazzone promptly arrived at my house and began the work. As it was a hand digging job, they placed plastic on the sidewalk where they would dump the dirt. They located the pipes and began to repair it. The repair went well and I had water service back. The next morning they came back and filled the hole, cleaned up and were gone before I knew it. All in all the job went well; there was a minor hiccup with United Water but Dominick took care of the matter. Good Job!

We had 2 jobs done by Mazzone. The first one was OK and the plumber who came did the job without a problem although we thought the price a little high.

The second time we called to change a part in teh toilet. Another guy came and left to get a part and was gone 2 hours because his GPS broke and he said he got lost. We got charged $300 for 25 minutes work as it was a quick fix job., When we called and complained we got a discount but not near enough. We got a 30% discount on the bill which was not near enough for the work he completed. We checked with 2 other contractors who said we were charged way to much.

We had more work to be completed but are calling another company.

Mazzone has done 3 Jobs for me,All have Leaked.They put in a Toilet that I waited 3 Weeks for,It was the wrong shape and color and it takes at least 2 Flushes on many occasions,Just what I told them not to install,my wife was home that day,I was at work.Little did I know that it was slowly leaking into my basement from underneath creating a partial ceiling collapse.The refrigerator water line they installed leaked and had to be fixed twice(by them at no cost,just aggravation and mess).The Kitchen Faucet installed by them is Loose and Needs Repair,it also has low pressure.Needless to say I would not recommend them to anyone.

Main water valve showed a leak which is worrisome enough but also had tenants coming in so found myself in a late pinch. Called late at night and got answering service so I left message explaining situation. Turns out crew was already on morning jobs but Dominic the owner who is normally tending to large commercial work, understood my need and personally responded and came with another immediately. Replaced piping and two shut off valves for a good price and didn't take advantage of my situation. Very pleased by the responsiveness, professional attitude and competency. Had used them previously on furnace replacement and other material plumbing jobs and have always been pleased with their work. Recommend.

I first called Mazzone Plumbing on a weekday evening and left a message with the answering service. I received a call back quickly, and Dominick, the owner, was here the following day providing me an estimate. Not only was the estimate much lower than any other company, but Dominick was extremely friendly and explained everything he was going to do in detail. In addition, he was on time, and his office assistant, Mary, was both pleasant and extremely patient in scheduling. On the day of service, Dominick and his assistant worked quickly, they were extremely neat, and they did not mind at all that I hung around to watch and learn about what they were replacing. They were also very patient and friendly toward my two dogs. I would recommend this company, and if an A+++ was an option, they would have received that from me. Compared to experiences I have had with plumbers in the past, Mazzone Plumbing walks on water (pun intended).

They were very polite, they liked to talk, and were very personable. They were very clean and the work was very clean. They didn't leave any mess. I was very impressed that the owner himself was the one that came out for the estimate and to do the work. I would definitely use him again.

Their work is quality and their prices our reasonable.

I PLAN TO HAVE THIS COMPANY DO MANY MORE PROJECTS FOR ME. I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND ARE VERY HARD WORKERS. I WOULD RECOMMEND.

I THINK THEY ARE RELIABLE, FAIR AND THEY ARE THOROUGH WITH THEIR WORK. I EVEN REFERRED THEM TO MY PARENTS. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.
