KEN'S TREE SVC

Ken came the same day I called him for an estimate. He inspires confidence. He gave me the Senior Discount and a deal was struck. It was agreed he would come the next day while I was not at home and take the trees down and handle the stumps, which he did. My yard was cleaned up of every branch and log. I was very very pleased with the results and the price.
Beverly his wife could not have been nicer. She called for billing information the next day. I highly recommend Ken's Tree Service.

Not at all satisfied with the end results. I realize that this time of year is the busiest time for this company, but he should not have told me that he would correct the problem by replacing the 15 to 18 large pieces and to put them aside. After 3-4 repeat calls to Ken and being told the same answer was not satisfactory as I was not in a hurry to take care of the problem. My 4-5 phone calls was over a 3-4 week period with no results. He never called or came to replace the large pieces.

They were prompt. They had a good price.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY IN THE PAST. THERE IS NOT MUCH I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THEM. THEY DID WHAT I ASKED THEM TO DO AND THEN THEY LEFT. I HAD TO HAUL AWAY THE BRANCHES.

THEY DO QUALITY WORK. THEY DID IT EXACTLY HOW WE WANTED IT DONE. THEY ALSO DID IT IN A TIMELY FASHION. I CALLED THEM UP AND SPOKE TO THE REPRESENTATIVE WHO GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND THEY SENT SOMEONE TO DO THE WORK. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH IT.
