It went very well. We started working with Denny K after we had a negative experience from a previous contractor. Denny K was able to pickup where the other had left off. They did excellent tiling work, interior work (including drywall) and exterior work. They were really able to do all interior construction and exteriors updates such as siding, asphalting, and putting down pavers, they were also able to recommend other experts when we needed them, such as plumbers or electricians. Their pricing seemed fair and they were very communicative and able to meet up to review the progress when needed. I would definitely recommend Denny K.

We had purchased a beautiful home 2 months ago. We knew about the chronic basement water seepage problem during home inspection. We decided to fix it after we purchased the house as it was our dream house. We contacted several basement waterproofing companies during inspection and also after we purchased the house.
Denny K Masonry reviewed the water seepage problem in the basement. We showed them the video and pictures of the water seepage which was recorded/taken when it was pouring heavily one day. After reviewing the basement utility area from the inside of the house, the pictures and the videos, Denny K Masonry advised
us to perform an exterior waterproofing of the basement/foundation wall. The work involved exterior excavation of the basement area (where the water seepage problem was observed), dig dirt deep down up to the footing of the foundation wall. apply 2 coats of cement and waterproof all the way up to the point where the soil was back filled.  Not only that, since the house had brick siding, the company also noticed that the water seepage was also happening from the area in between the bricks/ brick joints. They removed the old unfinished cement and re-applied new cement to bond strong enough and again re-applied the waterproofing coating on the bricks. Window wells were installed around the 2 windows too. Also, the patio area was re-leveled such that the rain water would flow to the center of the patio that led to the drain.
The entire effort was supervised by the chief contractor Denny every single day.  They even helped with moving the shrubs/expensive garden plans from the excavation area to the side of the property and again bring it back after the job was done. He and his crew worked at a steady pace and did not rush to finish the job. This is very important for any type of construction related as you don't to rush to get the job done faster.
Overall, Denny K Masonry did the basement waterproofing job with due diligence and more importantly, meticulously performed every phase of the project starting from excavation, digging, coating, waterproofing, back filling and all the way up to re-instating the garden bed.
