Herman was fantastic and was very knowledgeable. He was running a few min late because of traffic but he promptly called me to let me know. He was very detailed and he climbed in places I would definitely not just to examine and investigate. He is serious about his business and he looks at everything as if it were himself moving in. Highly recommend.

This is my first home purchase. When I found out that I need to get a home inspection, I went online and started searching, reading reviews and finally decided to give Checkmark Plus a call, well, I wouldn't have found anyone better than Herman. He is a true professional. He took his time and checked everything. Not only he inspected the house, but also he explained every single thing and made me learn about the house. His report was very thorough and explaining. Do not hesitate to give him a call, he is definitely one of the best out there!
