A Able Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Great service and value priced. We have used this contractor for a few years and ALWAYS excellent service.

The company did an estimate and told me the price.  I decided to go ahead so they brought in their equipment.  What was very nice was that they moved ALL the large furniture around for me and cleaned the entire carpet area.  They used spot solvents on stubborn stains that I thought would never be removed and went over each area several times.  I have very light carpets and they looked new when the company was finished.  Roy and his assistant were polite and accommodating and explained what they were doing.  They also informed me about potential trouble spots on my carpet <i.e. worn areas that would pick up dirt easily because of  wear and tear>.  They also made recommendations to keep my carpets looking fresh and clean.

Do move the smaller items so that you can get the total value of the cleaning.  They will move the larger pieces in order to get to the carpet below.

Try to have no one walk on the clean carpets right after the carpet has been cleaned.  The company will provide booties to wear over your shoes if you must walk on the carpet prior to them drying. 

It takes about 24 hours to dry completely - allow that time.  Your carpets will thank you and you won't be cleaning for another 8-12 months.

This is the first time I have used them and I will definitely be using them again! They came out with in the time promised and did a wonderful job. If you guys see this I want to thank you again and let you know I'll be using you again soon!
