 + -1 moreThis was a difficult, complicated job which required architectural drawings, blueprints, permits and the ability to work with materials they hadn't used before (the deck drainage system). J&M did an outstanding job during the entire project. We are very pleased with the finished deck, which is an integral part of our house on two sides.The owners are easy to work with and professional, and we have already used them on other projects. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: We had a very large (approx 1000 square feet) second floor deck, stairs and railings which needed replacement. The deck incorporated an aluminum drainage channel system (approx 600 square feet) because part of the deck was above the interior of the house. We also had paver stones put under part of the deck.

Description of Work: My first floor condo flooded from a water heater leak when I was on vacation. Due to mold damage on my walls, my place was gutted. I had new walls, paint, molding and other odds and ends done.
