They are private and they help you. They don't give you a lot of red tape. They deliver the product, assemble it and patch it up however you want and take away the old. They are very easy to work with. They are very convenient for me and they are always on time and very helpful. It's a small store, but they have a large variety of appliances.

doing a full kitchen . eddie at lanni got me a great deal on all my appliances. Went back to him later to purchase a washer/ dryer. they are so easy to deal with. my go to place for all appliances going forward.

I cannot recommend Lanni's enough. They are super on customer service, competitive in price, and really understand small town living. I will never buy another appliance anywhere else unless I move out of NJ.

I wanted a refrigerator with a water dispenser but didn't have a standard size opening. I wasn't sure if the refrigerator I had wanted,
would fit in the space. It's an old house and the entrance to the kitchen, had an old fashioned swinging door which separated the kitchen from the dining room. I asked Eddie if someone would be able to come and measure, just to be sure it would fit. Eddie said he would have someone come and do that for me, at no charge. The installers who came, told me the exact measurement which I would need to be able to install it. They had to take the swing door off, which they told me upfront. This was an old door and was bolted down. They removed the door, took the old refrigerator, installed the new one and put the door back. Even though the bolts were rusted, there was no damage to the door or doorway. The customer service was excellent and the installers were incredible. I plan on getting all my appliances from Lanni in the future.

I needed to replace a room air conditioner that never did do the job to my satisfaction. I went to Lanni's (at a friend's suggestion) and couldn't have been more pleased. I told them what my situation was and based on my needs and expectations they recommended the air conditioner that would be best suited for me. They delivered and installed the new air conditioner when they said they would, did an excellent job and the price was right!!I I could not have been more pleased from the moment I entered their store to the installation...each person I had to deal with were both pleasant and professional!

Lanni's stands behind their warranties on the appliances we've bought there. They stand behind their products. They've always been very responsive and have reasonable prices and are nice to talk to. It's nice, small and personal. It's a place that doesn't give you a headache when you go there.

I can tell you that without a doubt, this company delivers on time. The owner quotes prices for you over the phone if you can tell him the number of the product you are interested in. He is a wonderful person and if you opt not to buy from him, he is still nice about it. If you have any questions, he takes the time to answer them. It is a wonderful business he's got that is not particularly large or anything like that but they just know what they are doing, they please you, they are helpful and nice, and I think the world of them.

THEY CAME OVER AND FIXED IT. I WAS HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, EVEN EARLY. I RECOMMEND THEM AND I WILL USE THEM AGAIN IF THE OPPORTUNITY COMES ABOUT AGAIN.
