"Dear customer, We do apologize for not implementing the FREE MEASURE promptly. As the owner, when you called about the issue, I offered to come myself and do your measure immediately. You declined, I offered to reschedule for any day you wanted, you declined! I inquired with the professional measurement person (not a salesman) as to why he missed the scheduled measure and did not notify the customer service desk. He stated that he was not given that measure form. There was a filing error and he was not aware of the measure. I have invested in calendar management software which will ALERT customer service desk to verify that the free measure is being implemented. Thank you, for alerting this matter to me and it has been rectified ."
Korkmaz. They were extremely easy to work with, diligent, professional and reasonable. They were very responsive and did a beautiful job. Their installer even came back a second time to make a minor repair that we requested.

"customer called to state that her floors were making noise , she wanted someone to come over and give her a price on fixing the floors. I said that the floor noise is mainly due to looseness of beams on the bottom plywood. We can NOT guarantee that we can fix the noise, and I offered to send a professional flooring expert with 30 years experience to look at the floors and at the same time measure the floors. Even if you have the measurements, we have to REMEASURE because we want the responsibility if the carpet is short. We are NOT a shop at home service we do NOT send a salesperson to house tell the customer what the customer wants to hear. The prices are given by salesperson at the store, not over phone and not by experienced flooring experts at the jobsite. Customer wants the price at the jobsite by salesman, we are unable to do so. We wish the customer the best and we are sorry the miscommunication."
"At NO charge to the customer but at a cost of $75 to Korkmaz Rugs & Flooring, a flooring professional measured and inspected the floors. We provided expert analysis and recommendations to his floors( vinyl tiles vs sheet vinyl vs. laminate). The floors needed sub-floor preparation(water damage on the subfloor,etc) and we recommended sheet vinyl as opposed to the laminate. Our dealings were with [Member name removed]. After the measure, she came in and we discussed the problems with her floor. She left, not knowing what to do. It took her 8 months to come back and select some samples of sheet vinyl, which we allowed her to take home. She came back not liking any of the patterns she selected but did say there was another sample she saw in another store. We told her that we would order a sample for her and we would let her know when it arrived. We communicated with her through email, letting her know that the sample had not arrived yet but we would advise her when it did. When it did arrive, we sent her a final email telling her to pick up her sample and that was the last we heard from [Member name removed]. At no time did we ever communicate with [Member name removed]. Our company policy is that we do NOT provide prices over the phone because there are detailed information needed to be provided, Mis-communications may occur(we come to you or you come to the store to review the proposal in detail). You are not purchasing an Ipad or tv, each floor has its own unique characteristics. After investing time, effort, and money. It makes no sense for Korkmaz to alienate a customer. Furthermore, the customer's review has been categorized as a carpet installation. I do not understand why it is being categorized as a carpet installation. The review had nothing to do with carpet."

six months, we went to almost every big name store possible but we weren’t
happy with quality or pricing.
Finally we came across Korkmaz
Rugs and Flooring on route 17, at first we thought the same thing another
hour or so of looking and not being happy. But we were wrong, the quality, pricing
and customer service blew us away. We finally bought our two area rugs and also
ordered new tile for entrance way. We now will only recommend Korkmaz to our friends
and family.

I highly recommend Korkmaz. It's nice to do business with people who so knowledgeable about their product. Everyone who works there is really very nice. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
