Fred, as always, was very professional and courteous. Fred does very good work at a fair price. Fred always answers the phone and gets the job done.

He was very responsive and followed up to make sure I was happy with the work. He was prompt and on time, ordered the parts that I needed and came to install right away. Nice guy with reasonable prices and would recommend to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

As first-time home owners, we were very fortunate to find Fred from Band F Plumbing about 2 years ago. Since our first meeting, he's been our go-to plumber. Most recently, we had water in our basement. We got a few estimates from other local service providers, all of which kept pushing for huge expensive jobs like French drains and sump pumps. But not Fred. He took the time to really walk through our options. After discovering our gutters weren't draining properly, he replaced the majority of underground drains (which were broken or blocked) to divert the water to the street (away from our house foundation), and then worked on waterproofing our basement.

In the midst of all this, we found a pinhole in our main sewer pipe in the basement. It turned into a much bigger job that required the replacement of almost all of the pipe work to our bathroom. Not a job he had planned on doing but stayed all day to make sure we were taken care of and was very fair with pricing.

Bottom line, Fred is a local plumber who knows the ins and outs of Bergen County. He's fair, professional, hard-working, straight-forward and is an expert at his craft. He takes the time to explain everything, and is open to discussing all options. And most importantly, he's dependable and honest. We would highly recommend Band F Plumbing and Heating.
