A1 SAVER

At first, A1 seemed very professional. They showed up on time, looked the problem over, and gave us an estimate. (We later learned the estimate was approximately three times what most competitors charge for the same service). They did remove the squirrels and were always very cordial. They told us their work was guaranteed. If squirrels were able to infiltrate the house again, further work was on them. That's exactly what happened. Within months, the squirrels returned through the same opening that A1 claimed to have sealed. At this point, A1 stopped returning our phone calls. When we checked into our contract, there was no mention of any guarantee, so I guess we are stuck. If you do business with this company, make sure you get everything clearly in writing. While they appear very professional, they are in fact essentially unreliable in terms of standing behind their work.
