They crew was very thorough. They were here for the better part of a week, and it was a very involved process. Mike was the owner of the ServPro franchise that we used. He and his crew were incredibly nice and extremely accommodating. They helped to ease a little of the monumental amount of stress that this project has caused.

Their service technicians were prompt and professional. They used moisture sensors and infrared sensors to determine the extent of the moisture damage. They were upfront about not being able to determine the amount of mold spread behind the walls until they started removing dry wall.
We scheduled the work and they arrived on the scheduled date. The workmen were professional also and considerate of not tracking dirt through the house to the work site. During the several day drying period, they came daily to check the moisture of the framing and to determine when they could remove the dehumidification equipment and complete the remediation. The final bill matched the estimate.
