Description of Work: We had water in a finished basement. The basement had wall to wall carpeting. half of the carpet was soaked. My insurance company referred me to Servpro. They did an excellent job removing carpet, some trim, used humidifiers and fans to prevent mold. They had their equipment in basement for a few days. They came daily to check status of the drying of the drywall and cement floor under the carpet. Removed wet carpet, moved some furniture to dry part of room. Very professional.

Description of Work: I had my heating system converted from oil to gas and they came out afterwards to do soot clean-up.

Description of Work: We hired them to do mold remediation in our basement.

Description of Work: Remediation of water damage from a leak behind a wall in a finished basement. Servpro isolated the area/room to prevent mold spores from spreading during removal. They removed a damaged section of the sub floor, carpet, wall trim and dry wall. They inspected and removed only what was needed to be removed either from water damage or mold spread behind the dry wall. They cleaned, scrubbed, and sanitized all remaining surfaces (floor, studs, piping). The installed temporary industrial dehumidifiers and air scrubbers during work and for 2 days after work to ensure the remaining surfaces were completely dry (as tested with moisture sensors). They then sealed all the studs with a clear version of Kilz sealer. They said that the clear version allows future inspection of the studs if needed. They also sanitized all furniture in the affected area. They double bagged all the debris and removed it on their truck for proper disposal.

Description of Work: They dried and took the mold out of the basement flooring underneath my bar area.
