A few weeks later, I wanted to get portable wheelchair ramps. The rep came out promptly to measure the height of the steps,etc. On the delivery date, the rep had a personal emergency and could not deliver the ramps. The owner immediately stepped in and delivered them himself, and showed me the easiest way to set them up and store them. I was extremely pleased with the service.
