Elaine Eadon

I had been searching all over for a house, but it seemed that every house was either a dump or out of my price range. I was about to give up when a friend came to the rescue and told me I had to speak with Elaine. The first time I met her I was extremely impressed. I could tell right away that she knew the area like the back of her hand. She provided incredible guidance and insight, but did not try to convince me what I wanted or tell me that I needed to lower my expectations (like some others had). We must have looked at 20 houses, and each time she amazed me with her experience and attention to detail. She gave me information about possible floor plan flaws, pricing trends and even the average age of children in the neighborhood - all the time with the patience of a saint. When we finally found a house, she even had specific negotiation techniques to get the best possible deal. In the end, I bought a beautiful house in a fantastic neighborhood (the best schools in the state!) for at least $100,000 less than comparable homes sold during the same month!
