Coldwell Banker in Rumson was absolutely wonderful. I had a short sale and they had very, very knowledgable people relative to the short sale process and they were just wonderful with me. They closed my house in January. They charged me 6%, but I didn't have to pay for anything the banks paid it all. What was most useful, what they really understood, the current situation with the banks, they understood the market, they were really, really helpful about getting my house in order to take advantage of what the market was today. She worked with me for about nine months and it was really great. Her amount of knowledge and her understanding of what I needed to do to be able get my house sold and working with me every step of the way. She was really, really good.
