Jose and his team were very professional. They came on time and did a fantastic job replacing our old deck with a new composite deck. I would highly recommend them. Everything was done exactly as promised. Jose is easy to work with and their prices were very competitive. I would definitely use them again.

Jose and his team updated two bathrooms for us-basement and a full bathroom upstairs. They did a great job-the wall and floor tiles came out beautiful. They also installed the toilet and 2 sinks. I would highly recommend. Very professional and the bathrooms came out exceptional! Would hire again! Thank you Jose and team.

Jose' and his team were great. They were reliable, thorough, and trustworthy. They did an excellent job with a complete remodeling of my kitchen. From demo work removing studs, moving wires and duct work, laying a new floor, ceramic tiles, new trim, installing new cabinets, installing the over the Range Microwave and painting several rooms... The work was timely and high quality. I am very satisfied and have told people about Tobar construction and will be using them for other projects. Thank you José

The contract had the total cost for several steps for the project. One of the steps was to dig the dirt about 7" deep. When it was determined that the digging was no longer necessary, he verbally said the cost would be less. The next day, over the phone, he said no. The total cost remains the same, despite the fact that the digging wan no needed. My advise to you is to have an itemized contract. If any of those items change, you will know exactly how much to deduct from your total cost. The workers are pros. They worked hard and did an oustanding job!
