I contacted Romanowski Plumbing because my kitchen sink was leaking. Mr. Romanowski examined the problem, made a excellent recommendation for where I could purchase the new faucet I would need to fix it, and installed the new faucet in a very timely and professional manner. I am very satisfied with his work and would definitely call on him again for any kind of plumbing issue that I have.

Romanowski came right over, new what he was doing, within minutes I had my sink back. This is the 2nd time I have used him. The 1st was a pipe leak in the basement. Finally found a plumber I can trust. Very honest, does clean work.

I had a small flood in my basement. It was coming from the laundry room. The pipes leading from the wall to the washing machine had burst. I called ROMANOWSKI PLUMBING and HEATING and He had the problem fixed in about 15 minutes. Very professional. Prompt, came exaclty when he said he would. I do not think there is better!

I called and left a message to inform Ray (the plumber) about my problem regarding the clogged toilet. Part of the message I left was that I obtained his name from the Angie's List. He called back immediately and he was in my house within 20 minutes to assess the problem and advise as to what needed to be done. I approved of the suggestions and he immediately went to work. He made several recommendations as to how to improve the toilet system including replacing the cistern which was very welcome to me. The cistern was very old and leaking and slow to fill up.

He's very honest, reasonable and neat. He will tell you if there is a problem with the work and what needs to be done.

I contacted him last night from the list, and he called me back within a half hour. I actually called several plumbers on the list. They all eventually called back, but Ray called first, said he'd be at my house at 8 am, and he was. He showed up exactly on time, did the work in a little over an hour, left no mess, was very professional. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him. Some plumbers are too busy for small jobs like mine, but this guy likes this kind of work. He's a one-man shop.

I TRY NOT TO GRIPE ABOUT THE PRICES BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. I FIND THAT IT IS REFRESHING TO WORK WITH A COMPANY THAT IS WILLING TO PUT THE CUSTOMER FIRST.

THEY ARRIVED AT MY HOUSE EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. I ACTUALLY JUST CALLED THEM ABOUT TEN MINUTES AGO BECAUSE WE WANT THEM TO COME BACK AND DO MORE WORK FOR US.
