Definitely will have back again! My husband and I have been homeowners for over 23 years and have had our share of contractors provide home repairs. MAD Maintenance LLC has been the absolute best! Miguel’s and his team did a wonderful job as they spackled and painted with precision; skillfully placed molding, sanded and varnished our hard wood floors to highlight their natural beauty. MAD Maintenance LLC we’re on time each day and worked diligently during their time here. They carefully sealed off rooms with plastic to reduce dust and debris from traveling throughout our home. At the end of their day, we appreciated how they did a clean up to “give us back our home.” Miguel provided excellent customer service - aiming ti please. He was a good listener and went above and beyond to deliver what we wanted. We loved the way he took pride in his work and would not hesitate to hire MAD Maintenance LLC again.
