Worst contractor i have ever hired. Bruce is basically a fraud. we hired him to install external awning (18ft). He visited out house to take a look and provided quote. Took an advance of $400. He came with couple of guys to install and attempted to install a 300+ pound 18ft. awning without bothering to find stud behind the siding to install. can anyone imagine someone installing this heavy awning without finding stud? when questioned, he became very defensive and blamed us and started yelling and cursing and ran away with his guys and doesn't even have professionalism to finish the project or return the money. my advise dont ever hire Limitless Home renovations and Bruce for any work. He basically would give a false quote to attract customer, ask for advance and do really bad job and run away with money.

"During our initial consultation with Vipal [Member Name Removed] and his wife, we discussed the complexities involved in installing their 300-pound retractable awning, including the need to potentially remove siding and make exploratory holes to locate the supporting studs. The Jains opted for an alternative method of locating the studs without altering the structure. Despite our concerns about the effectiveness of this method, which were communicated to the clients, they agreed to proceed under these terms. On May 2, 2024, Mr. [Member Name Removed] provided a deposit via Zelle to cover materials and initial labor costs. Our team arrived as scheduled on May 3, 2024, and began work. After extensive efforts to locate the studs from the exterior proved ineffective, I privately advised Mr. [Member Name Removed] that the original approach we recommended was necessary to safely secure the awning, which would incur additional costs. Unfortunately, this suggestion was met with hostility from Mr. [Member Name Removed], who became aggressive and confrontational in front of my employees. Despite multiple attempts to de-escalate the situation, it escalated further when Mrs. [Member Name Removed] joined in. Considering the increasing tension and to ensure the safety of everyone involved, we decided to leave the premises. Subsequently, Mr. [Member Name Removed] demanded a full refund and threatened to involve the police. We complied by leaving the property calmly. Later, both parties shared their perspectives with the referral service, which did not take sides. We regret that this situation could not be resolved amicably and remain committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. However, the deposit is nonrefundable due to compensating the crew who was there ready to work. Due to his deposit not being refunded Mr. [Member Name Removed] has gone out of his way to try and leave negative reviews on all platforms in retaliation. Although we empathize with his dissatisfaction we cannot tolerate violence or hostility."

Bruce at Limitless Home Renovations was very informative. He explained everything every step of the way. He was meticulous with his work. He was courteous and respectful. The team finished the work timely and everything came out great!! I am truly pleased and would hire them again.
