He is a really good businessman. He is very fair and has a great estimates. His schedule making is also excellent. He sends enough people to a job site to get the work done. He had done a fabulous job on a number of renevations in the area.

They were horrible. They were awful. We paid $800 extra for brass fixtures and we did not get them. The day they installed, they left the job undone and left the windows downstairs completely open so nothing in the frame and anyone could just walk in my house. They capped all of the rotten wood and my husband made them redo it. They installed another brand of window that we did not order and they said the one we wanted was not available and I called the manufacturer and they could be ordered so they said they would order them. They are shady and they try to get much lower quality products ordered and then install the cheaper products. Be careful since they are very shady.

The work was done OK. They were supposed to put up gutter guards and they only put them in some places. We did go to court over this and we split the cost of the discrepancy. Anyone who uses them I would recommend that if there are any changes to the contract to write a whole new contract.

They were competitive in pricing. They did an excellent job and we were pleased. They were neat and they cleaned, up. They were very nice people to deal with. They were very personable and business like.

They were on time and cleaned up and I was very happy with the job they did.

It was OK service and the clean up was OK.

The follow up at the office was just as bad and they tried to send the owner out and I told them to not come out. They did my roof a few years back and that was why I called them this time. I gave the siding job job to someone else.

They did well. They were not careful with my shrubbery, I did lose a few shrubs. They did do a decent cleanup. I would recommend them to others.

They were on time, neat and efficient and pleasant to work with. We did not have problems with any debris.

The actual guys who did the work did an excellent job. Dealing with the office manager and the owner was a bit frustrating.

They had the lowest price and they had the roof done in one day. There were nails and a few other things that I ended up taking care of myself. They were very polite.

I thought their estimate was high. It was actually $10000 higher than the other companies. They told me that the high price was because of marketing costs. They market a lot. I still get stuff from them. They had some follow-up, though. They even called me after six or nine months.

They were a little expensive. They were good, though. They were nice. They made it easy to check them out. They were very flexible with their timeframe since both my wife and I work. They were just a little more expensive than some of the other companies. Also, there was a little bit of high-pressure sales from their end. They were a little pushy. They were punctual, though. I may not consider them for a future bid.

At the end of 2009, we saw the the Joe Percario "Do You Know Joe" booth at the NJ Home Show. We spoke to one of the representatives about doing a stucco and concrete repair job on the exposed proch of our home. I described the porch and the problems and the represenatative said they can do it no problem. I said that we would be ready in the springtime. The rep took down our information and said we would get a phone call in April or May. Sometime in May we received a call from a represenatative. I do not know if it was the same person from the show. When I described the job over the phone, the represenattaive said that they do not do "small" jobs. He said that he could only give me an estimate if we planned on re-doing the stucco on at leats three complete sides of the house. I said no thanks. He then said he could give us a deal if we did the roof and did siding. I explained that all we wanted was the stucco repaired. He seemed kind of pushy, like he wanted us to agree to some very big project. It seems like the rep at the show said yes to us just to try and get us to use them for anything and everything.

Be very careful with this company. Joe himself came to our house. We wanted our deck done. Instead of saying he doesn't do decks, he talked us into giving him a deposit (made a promise he would return it if we're not happy) and that he will provide us a design the next day or two. We never heard back from Joe or anybody about the design. So, I called and cancelled on the 3rd day. When we asked for our money back, his office said that we needed to mail a cancellation within 3 days. So we lost our money on that small technicality. And since we gave a deposit, we never heard again from Joe. What a big waste of money and time. We were really duped. So sorry we trusted Joe. $2500 lost just like that.

They have a quote salesman who comes out. After he comes out, the marketing department calls you. After the marketing department didn't have any information, it was just a joke. I don't recommend using them.

This company is slightly overpriced in the sense that they'll try and sell you cheaper materials, and charge more than some other contractors. They have a relatively large set-up, so more overhead I guess. They are very good from start to finish, from helping you pick out the right materials/colors, to coming back right away if there are any issues with the job. They gave us a 10 year guarantee, and we only called them once about a year after they did the roof, to fix a small leak. The job was done in a little over half a day, and it was a big roof with 2 skylights to install. I gave them a B because of price only, otherwise the work and customer service really is an A.

They gave us an estimate before they did the work. We came to know that there was a coupon online, so we wound up saving money.

They did an excellent job. Everything they said they would do they did. They were on time, on budget, and they cleaned up the mess. They were just great, I'd recommend them.

THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME EVERYDAY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH THEIR WORK. WE RAN INTO A FEW PROBLEMS, BUT THEY WERE TAKEN CARE OF.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY FAST. THEY WERE ALSO RESPONSIVE AND FAIR. I THOUGHT THAT THE FOREMAN WAS THE MOST PLEASANT, BUT THEY ALL WERE NICE. WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE FINISHED PROJECT.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY IS VERY GOOD. THEY CAME ON TIME. WHEN THE JOB WAS DONE, THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO FRIENDS & NEIGHBORS MANY TIMES ALREADY.
