Description of Work: Joe Percario General Contractors has done several jobs at our home. |December 2009 - new replacement windows installed throughout the whole house |February 2010 - bathroom gutted and replaced |November 2012 - new roof installed |May 2014 - new gutters installed-attic pull down stairs replaced | |All projects were started and completed on time. The representatives of this company have been very professional and the work crews know their stuff. We were very satisfied. We have recommended Joe Percario General Contractors several times and will continue to do so.

Description of Work: Roofing and Siding on a start up home. Very quick and efficient. Was a pleasure to work with this company.

Description of Work: remodel two rooms, put down new flooring, reconfigure closet, paint. |There is no suitable vituperation I can think of to describe this job. It was to take 4 weeks, started one week late and then did not finish until 12 weeks later. Was assigned a project manager who left the company in the middle of the project. There was no continuity of service. The painting sub-contractor did the worst job I have ever seen. Curtains were painted to the wall, paint spatter on new wood floors, carpet torn, just to name a few. It is never too late to do a poor job. The only part of the project that was acceptable was the flooring sub-contractor. I would have given this project an "F" rating except that the new project manager assigned, Marcel, did yeoman's work to try and fix the vast array of poor workmanship done by the sub-contractors. It is hard to break bad.

Description of Work: The owner of the company came to the house to do a roof inspection. The owner stated that they do not even put the ad out for the inspection but Angies list does. They did absolutly nothing for the $99, no real inspection, unless they can do it from the ground. And to top it off they said they dont even get paid, Angie's list gets the money. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THE INSPECTION. I cannot rate the company on work, being they did none.

Description of Work: Mr. Percario came to my home and was very friendly. He explained that my roof needed more than the regular maintenance of resealing around any unsealed pipe collars, exhaust fans/vents and chimney flashing on up to 4 penetrations as the deal stated. He offered to pursue an insurance claim adjustment on my behalf which is offered for free by his company. I hope that additional money could be obtained from my insurance company as I would like to have my roof ready for another major storm here in the northeast.

Description of Work: Joe Percario General Contractors, Inc. had put on our roof before, they did it in 2005 and they came back and installed the gutters too and we've had some problems that didn't come to flourish until recently and they came back and fixed it.

Description of Work: Mr. Percario was early. He climbed up on my roof and checked the entire roof. He was here for approximately 45 minutes. He explained to me what needed to be done(thankfully, I don't need a new roof). When my husband came home from work, he called Mr. Percario and he was very patient with my husband, again explaining what he found and what we should do. I give him a A+.

Description of Work: Kitchen flooring replaced. There was no foundation under the kitchen. They had to build up in or to replace floor. Remolded kitchen added cabinet, moved stove to another wall, added microwave, added electrical outlets, added ceiling fan in kitchen, Replaced counter top with granite. Added recessed lighting.

Description of Work: After seeing their signs on a few local work-sites, I called Joe Percario to have them give me an estimate on a remodeling my kitchen and bathrooms. We were asking for a mid-range remodel, nothing high-end. The sales person gave us an estimate of $70k for a 10x20 kitchen and $35k each for two 8X10 bathrooms. We have had other estimates done and this price was completely out of line but the salesperson attempted to use high-pressure tactics to close the sale. Be cautious.

Description of Work: We needed a rebuild of a screened porch. I wanted a three-season porch with fixed and sliding glass windows and a sliding door, also a new ceiling. Joe himself came, listened carefully, showed me pictures, and we agreed on a plan. His workers were prompt, professional, pleasant. Work was done well. Cleanup was excellent. We LOVE our new porch. We had used his company a year or two earlier for window replacement and siding replacement on our upper level. Again, good price, prompt work, professional staff, great cleanup. I can't recommend anyone more and will absolutely call Joe again if we need more work done. He's about to do a major siding job at my mother's house as well.

Description of Work: Came to house two times 1st time no ladder, 2nd time with manager and salesman. Scheduled appointment 8/5/11 never showed or call to cancel. When called office spoke to Mary she told us someone called and left message, this was not true. There were no appologies and never made an attempt to reschedule. If they can't keep an appointment what would happen if we would need warranty work on the roof. Probably a no show. Tony Schilling
