They were referred, and they were probably one of the cheapest, but I had issues with responsiveness, and the project being on schedule. They said it would take 3 months. When I considered them, they were probably one of the least expensive builders, but they over committed how many resources for the project, and instead of having 4 or 5 guys working on the project in a month, it was a single guy doing all the finishing by himself. It was drawn out longer than I would like to, and they had disputes with some of their contractors and that is why it was drawn out so long, and they only had one guy working. It was poorly managed, poor communication, lack of organization and I would never use them again. In the end between the delays and the cost over runs, they weren't as cheap as they were supposed to be. It wasn't an Angie's List referral. I will have a much tighter contract with whoever I use next time.
Description of Work: We used Gon Sosa Construction. We used them from December 2012 to July 2013. The whole thing took a year, because the permit wasn't closed out until December 2013. It was a remodel that they did. It was a significant rebuild of the first floor.
