Caldwell Environmental Services has been working with our office for several years now. They are a straight up group that does what they say they are going to do, John is honest, reliable, and very affordable. John also is very organized. With each job comes the invoice with before and after pictures, so you always see what you are paying for. We are a medium size Property Management Department managing over 600 units throughout the State of NJ. Caldwell Environmental Services will continue to be a go to company we use on any clean ups, deliveries and any other situations they can assist us in.

I hired Caldwell Environmental Services to perform a full interior demolition of a Two Family Residence in East Orange. I received several estimates for the demolition. Caldwell Environmental Services estimate was very competitive. I ultimately hired Caldwell Environmental Services because the owner was professional, transparent and guaranteed to meet my deadline. The owner presented his certificate of liability upon request. I was impressed at the speed and efficiency that each dumpster was filled. The entire home was left broom swept. Every stud was de-nailed. The demolition was complete two days before my deadline. I was completely satisfy with the entire process.
