They gave me an estimate and then ended up double and triple charging me; I even asked for a final estimate in writing with an itemized dollar amount and never got in. The tubs are fine and the toilets are fine; however they messed up some other stuff. There was a leak in the upstairs bathroom and the water was pouring out of our light fixture in the kitchen below. In the master bathroom; he didn't put in the anchor point for the fixture so he didn't install it correctly so I ended up having to contact another plumber to come out and correct his work on both of these issues. He said I owed him $2000 and I had no bill reflecting that so I gave him $1000 and then he began showing up at my house and leaving his cards all over, in my mailbox, my windshield, and even went so far as to show up at my husband's office with a patient looking for his money that he claimed we owe him.

"We, & the tile Co. had nothing but stress & aggravation trying to satisfy this customer. We responded to a "leak" call ,long after the work was complete. Come to find out that the grandchildren had turned their 'tub time' into a 'water park' experience. On one visit, the husband was in his room with a bottle of whiskey complaining about his depression,while on another occasion his wife did nothing but complain about him.This is not the customer base we strive for. If they gave us a bad rating,why would they hire us again? We are a succesful,professional and, 'homeowner' driven company. We understand that without the homeowner, we wouldnt exist. Our aim is to please our customer. NJSD,LLC"
