Ben came out to look at my shower, sent me a quote that night and we moved forward with the job. He came with his son to install the door about 10 days later. He is incredibly nice, has great follow up and is punctual. Best of all, my shower looks amazing! He told me how to clean the glass and left instructions on how to register my door for a warranty.

From my first contact with Ben through final installation he was great. I originally contacted Ben in August 2015 and he came on time on the date scheduled to take measurements. I received a quote within a few days. He promptly answered all my questions. Just as I was about to place an order I had some problems (nothing to do with Ben or the shower project) and had to postpone the project. A year later I contacted Ben to pick up where I had left off. He immediately responded and confirmed the price quoted previously was still valid and came and remeasured the enclosure. As earlier, he quickly provided answers to questions I asked. Ben and Levi arrived at the time and date scheduled for installation. They worked carefully both in the removal of the old enclosure and in the installation of the new enclosure hiding almost all of the signs of the old installation such that there was no need to replace any tiles. As occasionally a bit of water seeped under the bottom of the glass when water was forcefully directed there, I notified Ben and he added more sealant which ended the problem. So from start to finish the project was handled consistent with the company name "Exceptional".

Great guy and great work - we had 3 professionals look at our new double shower for doors and Ben was truly "exceptional"! Not only did he assess the issues, but he came up with an innovative solution (double doors) that none of the other 2 had conceived and made the bathroom awesome. We could not be happier with him. Also he's very tech friendly which makes scheduling and payment issues much smoother. He was also the ONLY one of the 3 who agreed to cut down our existing mirror to fit the new wall space which saved us about $200. Nice guy to boot!

We met with 3 glass vendors and Ben was as the name of the company says...EXCEPTIONAL! Like so many other reviews he was responsive, knowledgeable and offered competitive prices. We had tough bathroom renovation and Ben was a refreshing bright light at the end of a long journey. What stood out for us was the care and attention he gave to our job from start to finish. Respectful of our home, clean and consistently early for appointments. The Laser measurements were impressive and precise. While other vendors showed us Green stain glass samples as the only option Ben showed us Green as well but recommended a clear glass advising the green tint would distort our tile colour in the shower. That was key point no one else offered and delivered a clear clean crisp look as promised. Once the job was complete Ben followed up to make sure we were happy and see if anything was needed. This demonstrates a commitment to doing a job well and standing behind the work. Ben sets the bar high...and an excellent choice for your project! Thanks again!

Ben responded very quickly to my telephone inquiry. He came and took laser-guided measurements and promised expedited service. He even delivered and installed the door on a Sunday as I needed everything completed by Monday for a house appraisal. Everyone "loves" my new door!!

Ben was excellent from the first email I sent to him.  I dealt with 2 other companies and was dissatisfied with both of them before choosing Exceptional Glass.
I chose Exceptional Glass because of the reviews I read on Angies List.  They recieved straight A's from just about everyone who reviewed them and I'm giving them the same.  
I had 2 bathrooms renovated that needed glass shower doors.  Ben was prompt in his emails and responses and was very knowledgeable.  After he came to measure my bathrooms he gave me a bunch of options and we set up a date for install.
He was on time and installed everything as we spoke about and they look great.  No problems, everything went smooth and I would highly recommend him to other people.

Ben is very friendly to talk to for setting up the appointments. He showed up sharp on time for both measurements and installation. He used pricey tools for measuring and made it quick and accurate. The pricing is very competitive and fair when comparing to other contractors. And he is willing to help us to do small things such as replacing the vinyls and realign the doors for a very reasonable price. Electronic versions of quote and bill were sent out before he stepped out of the door on both of his visits. The installation process went smooth, peaceful and clean. I really like his professional, non-stressful attitude and the high efficiency of his work and communications. 
Ben is one the best contractors I worked with in recent years. I would highly recommend Ben to anybody who needs glass works. 

Lousy.  I called twice over a week ago and left detailed messages and I have not been contacted.  How does this business receive an Angie's List Service Award?  If this business is that busy then they can afford to have someone answer the phone and return messages.  This is now the second time I have chosen and contacted an Angie's List Service Award winner and never received a call back.  What is the point of paying and being an Angie's List member if this is their definition of a good service provider? I will be contacting Angie's List to file a complaint.

Ben called me back right away and re-arranged his schedule to come the next day and give me an estimate since he knew I needed the installation done very quickly. He confirmed appt the next day, was prompt, friendly, courteous and most of all efficient, knowledgeable and competent. He provided an electronic copy of estimate on the spot. The doors were ready and installed within a matter of days and once again my final receipt was provided electronically immediately. I would highly recommend Exceptional Glass. I have owned several properties, both personal and rental, and have done several renovations and Ben was one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. He made the process seamless and stress free which is so important. Please trust me he is as his name indicates "EXCEPTIONAL"

Ben is a true professional. His work is top quality, his price beat the competition, he is punctual and he delivers what and when he says he will. I'm an extremely busy single mother of 2 teens who works full time and I won't work with any contractor or company unless they make my life easier. Ben earns top scores across the board.

Ben is a good guy and business man.  He came out and waited for us to arrive since we were late to our own appointment he wasn't mad at all.  His prices were fair but it was his options that set him apart.  We were going to go with a frameless glass enclosure for our main bathroom but after talking to Ben we went with with a glass panel/ rod system due to functionality and since we plan on having kids in the future.  No other company had even thought of that.  Not only did it save us a ton of money, but with this option it allows us to add on the enclosure later in life if we choose to. Awesome.

Master bath glass door was a standard one but work was on point nonetheless. No water escapes and he made the glass table enough for a 6'4 guy which was also great.  

My fiancé felt totally comfortable in the house with him and he answered all and any questions she/we had. 
Its been a couple of months and Ben's work is still fantastic.  The seals are still intact and the glass still looks incredible. Recommend him highly.

Ben did a nice job with the installation.  He was prompt and quick.  Price was good (about middle range based on the 4+ estimates received).  Loved the look of the installed wall/door.  Ben was super nice and courteous.
